Hello, thank you for reading my carrd! I'm noir (or revnoir), a Canadian IT worker living in the EST timezone. I'm most often available in the evenings, but I can sometimes need a few days to a week to actually be able to schedule a scene with people as I keep myself relatively busy. But please reach out to schedule rp, I'm always happy to fit scenes in!

I primarily prefer rp that contains themes such as grimdark, intrigue, moral ambiguity, and ultimately the difficulty of existence. I am however open to romance rp, but my goal isn't inherently erp. I'm story-first, above all, and can absolutely appreciate platonic rp relationships.
I'm typically a paragraph-style rper with a focus on unspoken details like mannerisms and body language. I also tend to gravitate towards realism or pseudo-realism rather than overly high fantasy styles. The struggle is important, as is the creativity of characters when faced with high stakes and low odds.
